Company Name Change to "K" Line Logistics (U.S.A.) Incorporated.

Dear our valued customers and suppliers:
This is to inform you that our company name will be changed into "K" Line Logistics (U.S.A.) Incorporated, effective January 1, 2007. Our new mark, logo and new name are as follows:

Although almost all of "K" Line Air Service companies in the world changed their names within this year, our name change from "K" Line Air Service (U.S.A.) Incorporated., into "K" Line Logistics (U.S.A.) Incorporated, will be effective January 1, 2007 in order to ensure compliance with the transition process required by US Government Agencies. We intend to initiate the process of the name change by submitting an amendment to our Certificate of Incorporation in the State of New York on December 22, 2006.

Should you apply for a new DSP-5 with DDTC (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls), please add the new name in Block 19 along with the old name from now on so that there can be a smooth transition. For existing Export Licenses, you may use DSP-119 to amend the company name. In Blocks 6 and 7 please fill in the following fields as indicated below.

Change From: "ADD NEW FREIGHT FORWARDER DO NOT CHANGE CURRENT"
Change To: " "K" LINE LOGISTICS (U.S.A.) INC,
145 HOOK CREEK BLVD, VALLEY STREAM, NY 11581 "
(or current branch address)
Reason for Change: "Current U.S. freight forwarder will file for a name change on 12/22/06. Until name change is complete, it will operate under its current name."
We have consulted with our legal counsel in Washington DC about the date of submission for the DSP-119, and we agreed that submitting the DSP-119s on or after December 11, 2006 was within reasonable proximity of the official change time. Therefore please submit your DSP-119 on or after December 11th.
Our legal counsel is also providing a ?gletter of support?h meant to accompany the DSP-119 application. This document is attached herein.
Please send the letter of support via Fax or courier service to the DDTC when submitting your DSP-119s.
Note that all of our branch addresses and contact numbers will remain unchanged. For your convenience, please see the following page for a sample DSP-119 amendment application. Since it has been almost six months since we provided notice of the name change, we will remind you again to adjust your record accordingly before the end of this year. I thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. If you have any question, please feel free contact us at (516) 561-0700.

Sincerely,

Hiroki Nakabayashi
President
