Company Name Change to "K" Line Air Forwarding (China) Ltd.

Dear All Valuable Customers & Partners,

Thank you very much for your enduring and continuous support in the past.

We would like to inform you that our headquarters of our group in Japan, "K" Line Air Service, Ltd. has acquired and merged the company "K" Logistics and had a new start at 1st July 2006 under the new company name "K" Line Logistics, Ltd.

In accordance to the acquisition, we will follow our headquarters and change our name to "K" Line Logistics (China) Ltd. from 1st Mar. 2007.

As the core company of the logistics career of "K" Line shipping group, we are not only trying to enrich the airline service, but also the ocean shipping service, 3PL and Chinese domestic transportation so as to establish a system which can not only meet all the requirements of our customers, but also can put forward the feasible proposals.
