Name Change of Philippine Affiliate

We, K LINE LOGISTICS, LTD.(KLL) are pleased to announce that our Philippine subsidiary company has changed its name from "K" Line Air Service (Phils.), Inc. into "K" LINE LOGISTICS (PHILS.), INC. , effective from 19 July 2011.

This change doesn't make any other structural alternation.
