Notice of the Reorganization of "K" Line Group's Logistics Business in Thailand

“K” Line Logistics Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Ako Hiraoka; hereinafter, KLL) hereby announces that K Line Logistics (Thailand) Ltd. (hereinafter, "KLLTH"), a subsidiary of KLL, has signed an agreement to acquire the logistics business operated in Thailand by K Line (Thailand) Ltd. (hereinafter, "KTL"),
a subsidiary of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd.

1. Current business details
KLLTH：International logistics business centered on air and ocean forwarding
KTL　 ：① General management of the car carrier business in Southeast Asia and comprehensive
　　　　　　shipping agency business in Thailand
　　　　 ② Logistics business mainly on land transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance
　　　　　 within Thailand

2. Business details to be acquired from KTL by KLLTH
The overall logistics business (item ②) of KTL mainly on land transportation, warehousing,
and customs clearance within Thailand

3. Purpose
By combining KTL’s extensive knowledge in asset-based logistics with KLLTH’s global network and
proficiency of international logistics, we are committed to provide high-quality and wide range of
services to customers. This partnership enhances our contract logistics capabilities and ensures optimal solutions.

4. Acquisition date
April 1, 2026 (planned)
