"K" Line Logistics, Ltd. would like to announce that it has entered into a settlement agreement with the plaintiffs. This settlement is to resolve allegations made in the class action lawsuit filed in July 2011 with respect to surcharges for air freight forwarding services for cargo shipped by air from Japan to the United States.

Most importantly, this settlement will not affect our earnings outlook of this year.

"K" Line Logistics, Ltd. will further strive to enhance our compliance system in order to comply with antitrust laws and related regulations.
