Ocean Cargo Flow(From Japan to Overseas)
Below is a genral flow of shipment from Japan to overseas.
◆ FCL(Full Container Load)：Cargo by a container unit

Drayage loaded container in to a container yard(CY).

Customs
Declaration of export to customs by NACCS system. Cargo will be divided to simple examination dealings,
document examination dealings or inspection dealings.
Our customs staffs make the cargo acceptable.

Loading
Loads containers into the vessel.

Departure vessel
Departs to overseas.
◆LCL(Less than Container Load) ：A small load less than a full container

Customer's Warehouse
Delivery cargo to container freight station（CFS) in either of the following arrangements.
- ・By our truck arrangement
- ・By customer arrangement

Packing
Packs appropriately to prevent breakage during shipment.

Moving to CFS
Moves the packed cargo into the container freight station（CFS).

Customs
Declaration of export to customs by NACCS system. Cargo will be divided to simple examination dealings,
document examination dealings or inspection dealings.
Our customs staffs make the cargo acceptable.

Vanning
After obtaining permission to ship the cargo, vanning will be arranged to make one container.
(Goods will be loaded into the same container as other customers' items.)

CY (Container Yard)
Drayage container into a container yard (CY) and loading into the vessel.

Departure vessel
The container will be shipped to the overseas.

Entry into port
Vessel arraives at the port.

CY (Container Yard)
Unloads container and load it into container yard (CY).

Customs
After confirming the container is loaded into CY, declare cargo to the customs.
Depending on the request from the customs, document review and inspection will be taken place.
After paying taxes (tarrif and consumption tax), the goods will have approval of import.

Carrying out from CY
Carrying container out from CY.

Delivery
Devliers to the customer by a trailer.

Customer's Warehouse
Devanning cargo by the customer.

Vessel arrives at the port.

Unloads the container and moves it into a container yard (CY).

Moving to CFS
The container is moved into the CFS and devannig is taken place.

Customs
After confirming the container is carrying into the CFS, declare cargo to the customs.
Depending on the request from the customs, document review and inspection will be taken place.
After paying taxes (tarrif and consumption tax), the goods will have approval of import.

Carrying out from CFS
The goods are moved out of the container freight station (CFS).

Delivery
Delivers to customer by a truck.

The cargo arrives at the customer's warehouse.
